Debby Winters, Ph.D. J.D.

Dr. Winters earned her PhD in biochemistry and molecular biology at the University of Georgia and pursued scientific research while teaching at both The Mount Sinai School of Medicine and the University of Arkansas before pursuing her career in law. She received her JD from the University of Arkansas, where she graduated magna cum laude, and was on the Arkansas Law Review.

With a passion for working with inventors, especially in STEM, Dr. Winters is a licensed patent attorney who helps entrepreneurs protect their inventions and form successful companies around them. Her law practice includes securing all forms of intellectual property protection, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights. She has extensive experience in helping clients license their valuable intellectual property ideas and technologies to others to help her clients turns these valuable assets into reality, bringing them revenue and success, while knowing their assets are protected.
